I am really upset! I received a package today that CLEARLY said DO NOT BEND on the outside of the shipping packaging...yet the postal carrier folded it in half and shoved it into my mailbox - which damaged the contents of what was inside!
It was a nice day, sun shining - not sure why the package could not have been left in my door, or even on my porch so that it would not be damaged. I receive on of these packages, about once every 2-3 months and they have always been left on my porch.
I am NOT HAPPY!!!
Service at the counter and advise for bulk mailings were very helpful and the gentleman went out of his way to assist.
